What happens energetically when twinflames melt together? Is that accompanied by physical reactions? I want to know because I have experienced something like that but cannot place it yet.

My opinion: A fusion of soul then you go with your astral body into the other and become you together 1. A very special heavenly feeling gives that really fantastic. The 1 experiences it as positive the other as negative I think mainly through fear.

Fusing together is the best experience in the field of yoga that can exist. It is a wonderful feeling of love that is there. Unfortunately it is too short. Maybe just a few weeks or months. You can fall in love with the person you are experiencing. That’s not always handy.
