There is no clear answer to that. For me, it was a clairvoyant woman from a colleague who gave a piece of the puzzle, then an astrologer, then a sentence from a book and a film that struck me a lot, so I suddenly got a memory. Trips I had to make (redo from a previous life) and received a reminder on the spot. Certain work I had done in a previous life. Then another clear-sighted medium that I gave a picture of my twin, he “saw” another life of ours together. A medium often only sees pieces, or a contour or a vague image, so not a whole past life together. Sometimes they don’t see anything at all, then the universe simply does not let anything go, that is also possible. I recently did a reincarnation session and I didn’t know it was that easy to come back to a previous life. That limit is actually so thin, if the therapist uses the right techniques, you will soon be in a past life. I did the session at Peek Coaching in Huizen. It took around 1.5 hours. I easily came back to a life in the 17th century in England. You see fragments of that life, the most important events. This is of course supervised by the hypnotherapist. At one point I was floating above that life and could see both this life until now and that previous life and I will have many parallels. I have also extracted enormous wisdom from it.
