Q0175. Why is following your heart so hard?

Unknown

True love is NOT a fad, but it is permanent that you can recognize it. Why is following your heart so hard? Why is making choices so difficult when you know that you love someone so deeply? Why don’t people dare to choose their own happiness? Who recognizes this?

Answer
Anxiety often dominates and influences our entire lives. Fear of hurting someone. Fear makes us no longer able to choose what our heart tells us. Fear destroys all that is beautiful. If you learn to remove emotional blockages, you learn to overcome fear. (Unknown)

Answer
I think you should always follow your heart. But it doesn’t hurt to use your mind and take it easy. Perhaps your heart has temporarily gone crazy. And when the smoke has risen, it becomes clear what you have to do. Is always difficult though. You simply cannot always follow your heart. Life consists of making choices if you ask me. If you deliberately hurt people by following your heart without even thinking about it for a moment, then I don’t know if that is really good. In my immediate surroundings someone has followed her heart and believe me, it has hurt a lot of people and you can still taste the aftertaste. I don’t want to say that you always have to follow your mind, but unthinkingly follow your heart? Answer
After my idea, this has to do with the fact that people cannot stand change, and therefore want to stick to the old familiar. I broke my relationship 3 years ago and chose my OWN happiness. I am now happily married and an angel of a son. While getting pregnant would be a miracle to me if that happened. I had the great misery with my ex-friends, and they stabbed me in the back. But if I had not chosen my own happiness, and had stayed with my ex because it made those friends happy, I would not have been lucky.
